Right to Cancel (14 Days)
Under UK consumer law (Consumer Rights Act 2015), you have the right to cancel your BLUETTI purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order, without giving any reason.
This right applies if :

We will provide you with :

Step 3 : Prepare Your Package
Secure packaging :

- 🔒 For items over £100 we recommend tracked delivery or insurance
- 📸 Take a photo of the packaged item
Step 4 : Ship Your Return
- Drop off your package with the courier indicated (Royal Mail, DPD, Hermes, GLS, UPS, etc.)
- Keep your proof of postage — Essential for tracking
- Wait for receipt at our warehouse (5-7 business days)
- Receive your refund or replacement product

❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can I return an AC180 station that’s been used once?
A: No, the station must be new, in original condition and show no signs of use. If it has been tested or powered on, it may be refused or a deduction made from the refund.
Q: Who pays return costs if I’ve changed my mind about a solar panel?
A: For voluntary cancellation (changed mind), return costs are at your expense. However, if the panel is faulty or incorrect, we pay all costs (return + replacement).
Q: How long until I get my money back after return?
A: After receipt and inspection : 4 days. The refund will appear in your account within 3-5 additional business days. Approximately 7-9 days total from receipt.
Q: Can I return a B300 battery many months after purchase?
A: The cancellation right expires 14 days after receipt. After that, you can only return a product if it’s faulty (up to 30 days to report a fault, then BLUETTI warranty 3-5 years applies).
Q: I haven’t received my order, what do I do?
A: We will issue a full refund 7 days after the stated maximum delivery date. Contact us at contact@bluetti.lu with your order number to initiate the refund.
Q: My AC200Max station arrived damaged, what should I do?
A:
- Photograph the damage (package and station)
- Contact us immediately : contact@bluetti.lu with photos
- We’ll provide a free return label
- Full refund or replacement at no cost
Q: Does the 5-year BLUETTI warranty cover battery degradation?
A: Yes. The BLUETTI warranty covers premature battery faults. If your LiFePO4 battery loses capacity before the expected 6000 cycles, it’s covered (except for misuse). Contact us at contact@bluetti.lu to initiate a warranty claim.
Q: What accessories must be included in a return?
A: All original accessories must be included : power cables, adapters, carry bag (if provided), documentation and manual. Missing accessories may result in a deduction from the refund.
Q: What are my consumer rights regarding returns?
A: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have statutory rights including the right to reject goods if faulty or not as described, and to fair treatment. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
